for that special occasion for remembering

Perhaps you have a special bottle of something in order to celebrate and commemorate an anniversary, a date. Perhaps it´s a good bottle of something that goes up on the side board waiting in anticipation of that special occasion in the future. Well, sometimes we forget why it is there, there are moments we forget why we were saving this bottle...
And maybe that date repeats itself every year but the bottle must obviously  be replaced...
 I could go on and on!
